Scott’s superpower lies in his ability to “think in shapes”—synthesizing complexity into clear, actionable direction. Known as a trusted thought partner and coach, Scott cultivates trust and clarity in every engagement. He pairs strategic foresight with relational depth, empowering communities and clients to act with confidence even amid uncertainty.

Lead Facilitator
Avery brings calm clarity and grounded optimism to his work. With a strong foundation in emotional intelligence and systems awareness, he specializes in helping organizations move from vision to action. Avery is known for his ability to stay centered in complexity—welcoming, adaptable, and always people-focused.
